I was this... || to see Takeshi Kaneshiro, LIVE! Here! Yea... in this so-called middle-of-Nowhere!
Went to Kinokuniya, and me and my friend saw this poster,admist the crowd. And my friend exclaimed, Takeshi!I was like... OMG! It is him! And the MC called this lady onstage, which I thought is the heroine of the movie with Takeshi. She was also in the poster.
So we waited... we were suppose to meet my friend from the Land of Borneo, but we still waited. He was like... 'What are you girls drooling about?' 'Dearie... if Takeshi shows off, we gonna live you here.'
Yes, we are evil, but who dammed cares?
Then, it's the autograph session, and the lady is still alone. In Kinokuniya itself, there's the movie posters on display! I was soooo tempted to grab it. But damm security in Kino. hehehehe....
The movie, based on a novel by a very famous Taiwanese artis and novelist, is called Turn Left, Turn Right. Opening here in Sept 11th. I am soooo gonna be there!
The official site
And who the heck is this Takeshi? Well... he's the half Taiwanese half Japanese actor who's been in Chunking Express, Lavender (HK), The Returner, Love 2000 (Japan) and lots others. Yum!

My sister id getting engaged, this weekend. She's 22, like... as old as Kari and Gab. And yea, she is still studying. Good decision? I don't know... but she found the right person, so what the heck. *shrug*
In our culture, we got what we call 'langkah bendul'. Meaning, the younger one is getting married first, sorta jump the older sisters or brothers. Usually, the partner will prepare a gift to the unmarried older siblings.... and we got a list.
Me: Around the world tickets.
2nd Sis: A Mercedes-Benz C class.
3rd bro: PS2.
lmao! ok ok...

I had put the dreamcatcher next to my windows... hope, no nightmares will visit me anymore....
Other than that... yesterday, me and my frriends went to a Mexican restaurant in Taipan. Just whoa! I had seafood burito, and my friend who celebrated her birthday only have a nachos, cos she told us she is full after a big quater-pounder at McDonald's. So she's finally 25! ^^
And now, I finally remember how much I love Auden, especially this one. His poems is something ordinary, not-very-good-at-English people like me! And now... presenting... Funeral Blues, made famous by Hugh Grant and gang from 'Four Weddings and a Funeral'
Stop all the clocks, cut off the telephone,
Prevent the dog from barking with a juicy bone,
Silence the pianos and with muffled drum
Bring on the coffin, let the mourners come.
Let the aeroplanes circle moaning overhead
Scribbling on the sky the message “He is Dead,”
Put crepe bows round the white necks of the public droves,
Let the traffic policeman wear black cotton gloves.
He was my North, my South, my East and West,
My working week and my Sunday rest,
My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song;
I thought love would last forever—I was wrong.
The stars are not wanted now—put out every one;
Pack up the moons and dismantle the sun,
Pour away the ocean and sweep up the wood,
For nothing now can ever come to any good.
